Reason for leaving homeland – the biased government.
About the Journey – great, came over on the Canberra.
Impressions on Arrival – arrived in Fremantle and couldn’t believe how spotless the dockside was. Then carried on to sydney and caught the train to Brisbane, met an Australian who didn’t realise that people from South Africa could be white!! It really blew us away that people could be so dumb. Since then have enjoyed living here and becoming an Australian and never wanting to live anywhere else
