Story

Reason for leaving homeland – Adventure and travel to see a little of the world.

About the Journey – Sailed on the Castel Felice November 1960 and sailed to Melboure arriving there December 1960.

There was a strike in Fremantle so we had to sail to Melbourne.

Impressions on Arrival – I can’t really remember as we were taken straight to Bonegilla. From Bonegilla we went picking grapes in

Redcliff, Mildura. Later we were employed as labourers in Queenstown, Tasmania.
