Story

I decided to move to Australia by occasionally in five year ago. At that time, I travelled in Europe for several months and I was aware of the people lived here have quite different life compared with these one lived in China. They have more choice to select the life style they like. For instance the young people can travel one or two years after graduating from high school, experienced the different role of society and then decide which career direction they want to choose in university. Besides they have well balance between work and life, not like in China the work is always the first priority for adult people. I do like the life they have and think maybe I can change my life a little bit. One of my friends recommends Australia to me and told me that Australia is a nice country and have a nice beach and better weather therefore I decided to try to immigrate to Australia and give myself a chance to experience the life I want.

The trip to Melbourne is quite smooth. I found a young lady who wants to share a house and she became the first friend of mine in Melbourne. The only unexpected thing is the season of Melbourne. I chose land in May is due to I think the fall is the most beautiful season of whole year, and I assumed that fall in Melbourne must be quite nice. But unfortunately it looks like that there is no fall in Melbourne at all, I went to the winter of Melbourne by mistake.

But I like this city anyway. Melbourne is famous as garden city and in fact it is. I eager to start my new life immediately although there is many thing need to settle down. I think I will enjoy the life in Australia.
