Story
I first arrived in Australia in 2001 with my two daughters. My family decided to come to Australia because we were worried about the future in Hong Kong after 1997. Also I wanted my two daughters to study in Australia.
I was excited to land on Australia soil and breath its fresh air. Also, there are many diffirent colourful flowers and trees around everywhere. We thought Australia was a tranquil country.
Before I bought my house my family lived with my friend for one month. I bought a house at Ringwood East. The house has got a beautiful garden and a swimming pool which was so exciting because it was like a dream house. Also, it was hard to afford even a small unit in Hong Kong.
After everything was settled I went to Box Hill Institute to study a course in Administration. My daughter went to a school in Blackburn to learn English before attending a mainstream school. We all enjoy life in Australia.
