Reg’s brother Lionel was already in Australia and recommended his older brother come to join him, in the land of opportunities
Reg left on the “New Australia” ship via Aden. He sat opposite Nancy, who became his future wife of 57 years.
Reg was the envy of many men, walking in Sydney with 2 women on his arms (his future wife Nancy and her friend Anne) as there was a shortage of women at the time. They were all impressed by the
